Need a bulk service agreement?

If you have received a bulk service offer from our Developer Services team and would like a bulk service agreement, we can arrange this.

For standard agreements, we will provide you with a signed copy within 28 calendar days of your acceptance of our bulk service offer. Please contact your Wholesale Account Manager with your bulk service offer reference number.

Our template bulk service agreements can be downloaded below. They are based upon the Water UK water industry standard agreements. You can also download tracked versions of the original Water UK templates that show where we have made changes.
