NAVs

New Appointment and Variations (NAVs) are independent water companies who have the same responsibilities as us.

We’ll work with NAVs to provide bulk services to new development projects in our area.

If you’re a developer or a builder who would like to use an alternative water provider that future occupiers will pay bills to, you can appoint a NAV.

If you’re a NAV we’ll support you with the Point of Connection (POC) for the bulk supply and Bulk Supply Offer (BSO).
