Sewer requisitions

You can ask us to provide a sewer, at your cost, to drain domestic flows from your project.

Usually this would only be requested where you need to cross third party land to connect a public sewer and the land owner refuses to allow you access to their land.

The sewer requisition process does not guarantee to match your preferred sewer design route as we have the responsibility to consult with third parties and take their views into account. Once we’ve considered a viable option we’ll design and construct the most suitable option.

As you can imagine, the process may take some time but we’ll keep you informed of our proposed programme and agree a date for completion with you.
