Developer services charges

Here you’ll find information about our charges for works needed for your project with water and wastewater services.

We’re preparing to publish our charges for the 2025-26 period, and we’d like to seek your feedback in relation to the changes we’re proposing.

We are seeking questions and feedback from across the industry but will focus on three specific areas:

• Changes to the regulatory framework and cost reflectivity
• Our proposed new charges
• Infrastructure charges and environmental incentives

If you have a question that isn’t related to the above topics, we’d still like you to get in touch. 

The consultation is now live and will end on 15 December 2024.
