Developer services charges

Here you’ll find information about our charges for works needed for your project with water and wastewater services.

We have now published our charges for the 2025-26 period, with these charges due to come into effect on the 1st of April 2025.

To ensure we continue providing a bespoke and efficient service to our developers, we are changing our pricing to reflect increases in materials, administration costs and labour. This will help us cover changes in our underlying costs and ensure that the prices our developer services customers pay are tailored to their needs.

We are investing in our water and wastewater infrastructure to not only help protect the environment but also ensure you continue receiving a reliable, high-quality water and wastewater service. 

We are committed to delivering a timely and cost-effective service to our developer customers. We’ll continue to keep you updated about our cost changes; including through our charging consultation and annual developer engagement event.
