Give a meter reading

Read the numbers on the black background from left to right. Include any leading zeros, and ignore the red numbers.

Read the six numbers before the comma, from left to right. Include any leading zero and ignore any numbers with a dash above them.
Example: The meter shown reads 005675.

Read the numbers on the top row only, from left to right. Including any leading zeros, and Ignore any numbers inside the red border.
Example: The meter shown reads 000365.
