Water connection charges
Charges to connect to the water main.
Application and admin charges
Charge includes assessment, design survey and planning the construction of the connection. This also includes pre-occupancy charges for water use during the construction phase.
Temporary building supply charges
Charges for temporary water supply for building purposes. It can be permanent or abandoned.
Water infrastructure and environmental charges
Charges to sustain capacity in our network.
You can get a discount on the infrastructure charge for each connected property if you can show that the property is designed (or built) to use less than 110 litres of water per person per day. To qualify, you'll need to provide details about the fixtures and fittings used to achieve this.
