InterpretersLive! service
We're delighted to offer British Sign Language users a way to contact us using a live video interpreter, via the InterpretersLive! service, provided by Sign Solutions.
The InterpretersLive! service is available during our opening hours:
- 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and
- 8am to 1pm on Saturdays.
Our accounts and billing contact centre is closed on bank holidays. Our water and sewerage contact centre is available 24/7.
How to use InterpretersLive!
- Use your phone, tablet or computer to connect to a British Sign Language interpreter (opens new window), or,
- Download the InterpretersLive! app (opens new window) on your smart phone.
By choosing to use this service, your personal data will be processed by Sign Solutions, providers of InterpretersLive!. Information discussed on the call will not be retained by Sign Solutions.

Please note: if you have less than 120kbps available, the call will be audio-only. The minimum requirement for video calls is 192kbps.
